Welcome to Nanchas Elk Ranch, located near the famous Wisconsin Dells in Wisconsin.  We entered into the elk business in 1994.  What initially started out as a hobby has now flourished into a business with many diverse entities all surrounding the elk.

We have focused on raising a heard which is calm, big bodied and diverse in genetic background.  Through artificial insemination we have been able to acquire some of the world's top genetics and still maintain a closed heard since 1994, with the exception of 3 animals purchased at the WI. Auction in 1998.
